Cocktail Tasting at compass arena

As we get closer to opening Compass Arena, our head bartender has been experimenting with several cocktails to serve up in Fair Play Restaurant and Sports Bar, The Whiskey Bar, and The Premier Lounge. These  drinks are guaranteed to WOW, with fresh ingredients, unique flavor combinations, and beautiful bright colors. 

without further delay, check out what we’ve been working on below:

First up is the sweet and refreshing hibiscus infused mezcal. The ingredients are orange liqueur, strawberry coco lopez, lemon juice, and mint. Order this is you’re looking for something sweet, with a unique flavor that is perfect for an evening out with friends.

Next up we have our famous jasmine infused green tea gin, coconut blast, cucumber juice, pineapple syrup, ginger, and lemon juice. This cocktail pairs great with a light salad. If you are looking for a refreshing drink, this will be perfect for you!

Our final drink from the tasting was the classing rye whiskey, house negroni mix, and tobacco bitters. A delicious drink for fall and winter, kick back and relax with our unique take on an old fashioned.
